IT5 is a joint program between RCPS, NRCC, and 1901 Group where students take Dual Enrollment courses offered by NRCC during their sophomore, junior and senior years at RCPS. After graduation, students who complete 1 semester at NRCC will obtain an A.S. in IT. In addition, students are provided mentorship and access to internships with the 1901 Group which can lead to full employment upon completion of the program.
During these courses, students learn about Cyber Ethics, Networking, Data Science, Computer Science, IT Project Management, and various other IT-related skills required to be successful in the IT workforce.
